Too busy for the gym? Well, the American College of Sports Medicine says that this 7-minute high-intensity workout (which only requires body weight and a chair) causes molecular changes within muscles comparable to those of running or biking for several hours!
How can this be?! The 7-minute workout strategically orders exercises to hit the major muscle groups (upper body, lower body, then core) one at a time. This allows for each muscle group to rest while you work the next, resulting in a highly efficient and effective routine. Just 7 minutes can improve your health and decrease body fat, according to science.

It’s important to note that it’s not recommended to perform high intensity interval training (HIIT) every day, so be sure to allow at least one rest day in between. Like everything else, working out is about balance: we suggest a holistic regimen of strength training, cardio (such as this 7-minute HIIT workout), and stretching/meditation (which is good for the mind and body!).
As always, check with your doctor before beginning any new exercise routine.
Stay strong, friends!
